Does Atomstack software offer

The Chinese manufacturing technology company Atomstack is well-known for its Cambrian 3D printing systems that process thermoplastic rubber (TPR) filament. Recently, it has developed a new type of laser engraver called the X30 Pro that offers various industry-standard software and can be used on any OS like Windows (LaserGRBL) or Mac (LightBurn). In addition to its desktop system, the X30 Pro also comes with a self-developed mobile application that is available on major app markets.

The atomstack software X30 Pro is capable of engraving and cutting different types of materials such as wood, leather, paper, plastic, coated metals, stone, acrylic, etc. It can also cut thin material such as felt, cardboard, and plywood. However, the 5W diode laser used on this machine is not powerful enough to cut metals. In fact, during a test on a 6mm thick Poplar plywood, the laser engraver only melted the board instead of creating an engraved text.

For a more detailed and accurate cutting experience, this laser engraver has a fixed focus function. This feature eliminates the need to manually focus the laser beam before each use, making it easier and faster to operate. To ensure maximum safety, this device has limit switches installed on both the X- and Y-axis to avoid any collisions during operation. It also has an integrated air assist that enhances its cutting capacity and improves the overall quality of its outputs.

The X30 Pro is capable of performing raster image engraves as well. The machine can load any kind of image in a g-code format and convert it into a vector graphic for engraving. The raster image import function is useful for users who want to create custom designs and logos on their own. To prove its ability, we tested it on a black painted glass piece and were able to get clean, crisp, and sharp results.

The X30 Pro’s offline controller has a 3.5-inch touchscreen display that lets you perform most of the operations including running a job, jogging or homing the laser head, and adjusting power and speed. It also shows the current status of the machine. As a bonus, the X7 comes with some wood and acrylic sheets that you can use to test out the machine.

The package also includes a tool kit, brush, dust-free cloth, wire tie, and fixed focus film. A card reader and SD card are also included. The X7 is fully compatible with Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and Android operating systems. The machine also supports most third-party GRBL controller boards and is compatible with many common software programs.
