Among many fish recipes, I chose the one with the combination of fish and banana because it is unique and not everyone has tried this type of food. Here are the things you need that will only make up to 4 servings:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup flour

2 teaspoons curry powder

1/4 teaspoon soy sauce

4 bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise

1 pound fish fillets

1 tablespoon of oil

3 celery stalks, sliced

4 tablespoons of butter

2 tablespoons lemon juice

When everything on the list is ready, it’s time to follow the instructions for cooking the Banana Fish Recipe.

1. Mix flour, curry powder and soy sauce; Cover bananas and fish with this mixture; set aside.

2. Heat the oil in a skillet. Sauté the celery until crisp; set aside.

3. Add butter to oil; Sauté bananas until golden brown, about 1 minute on each side. Sprinkle the bananas with half the lemon juice and place on a serving plate.

4. Sauté the fish in an oil / butter mixture until the fish comes off easily with a fork, about 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice. Place on a serving plate with the bananas. Place the celery over the fish.
