Warning: Here’s some real heart tip that saves lives. What to do when you are alone and have a heart attack.

Imagine that you are driving somewhere after a hard day at work or on your way to a very important meeting, and you are alone. You get stuck in heavy traffic. So much so that you start to feel irritable and feel nervous.

Suddenly you feel this excruciating, blinding pain in your chest and it’s spreading into your arms. Signs of a heart attack, no doubt! Suddenly you realize that you are quite far from your home, your work or the nearest hospital. There is no one around to help you with CPR- (How many people really know how to give CPR?) Most people have heart attacks when they are alone and then don’t know what to do.

In severe cases, you can lose consciousness in a matter of just 10 seconds, if you are not quick enough to do something.

What to do in these circumstances:

Do not panic. Take a deep breath and cough vigorously, from deep within your chest, every two seconds.
This may hurt a bit, but keep telling yourself that this is the only way. Keep coughing this way until you get help or you can get to the hospital. Why should you cough?

*Coughing “squeezes” the heart and the contraction causes the heart to pump blood, if your heart wanted to stop. (Simulates CPR)

*Coughing allows oxygen to flow into the lungs (simulates CPR)

* Coughing restores the rhythm of the heart.

Now here is some great health advice that EVERYONE should take to heart as this very method saved my life. Heart problems are not to be taken lightly and the more you know about them, the better your chances of prolonging your life. Know your heart by reading THIS.
